20 years have gone by since the New Balance 991 was introduced all over the world.
From the project of combining sneakers and quality craftsmanship, a unique shoe was born, loved by the public, and still entirely produced in Flimby, UK to these days.
On the occasion of the release for the twentieth anniversary, Sneakers 76 of Taranto and Ginnika want to celebrate this great stylish icon with a unique special pack, a tribute to craftsmanship that has always been a strong point in Italy: the art of knowing how to design and create with your own hands and with quality materials, something amazing and long-lasting, a pure legend, like the 991, still rocked all over the world up until now.
The pack is composed by the wooden box completely craft made in Rome by a small carpenter’s shop. The box is lacquered and painted and the “N” logo is separately painted and applied on top. To complete the pack there is an aluminium mug and a shaped gadget for the shoe laces.
