To be "in flow" is to be fully immersed in a task, an activity, without paying any attention to judgments, or the passage of time.

Inspired by these special moments of productivity and pleasure, Karhu's Flow State pack is the seasonal concept that is divided into two different releases, with two different focuses: preparation and performance.

This first release, dedicated to preparation, features four of KARHU's classic silhouettes that recall the steps needed to enter the "flow state." These conditions-discipline, training, recovery, mindset, nutrition-take time and consistency to master; however, once mastered, they are the real steps that allow us to reach flow.
