The GEL-KAYANO 14 returns with an innovative retro touch. Its late 2000s look is directly inspired by our iconic GEL-KAYANO series. Reinterpreting the shoe's high-performance functionality with updated materials and components, this model is the first version to be designed by a designer other than Toshikazu Kayano. This passing of the baton revives the legendary values of the franchise, as well as marking a development in performance evolution. Mimicking the original midsole construction with GEL technology cushioning, this shoe improves the fit of the upper while retaining the 2008 structure with layers of leather and mesh. In addition, the insole is made with a solution-dye process to reduce water consumption by 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45%.
