Delivery costs may vary depending on how heavy your items are. The total amount to be paid will appear comprehensive of delivery costs during the check-out, after the products have been placed in the basket.
For EXTRA CEE clients the costs are shown tax free (-22% IVA) but then they will be charged with the import and custom costs agreed by their countries.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
Form the day we receive your order, you have 14 days to ask for a return or replacement.
Products can only be returned if unopened, unused and still in their original packaging with the resistant seal unbroken.
In order to request a return, and for any other request about returns, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for the return, then our staff will contact you to give you information on the procedure to follow.
