We entrust our deliveries to UPS® ( ITA - EU - USA ) and SDA Poste Italiane ( ASIA ) after your order has been placed you will receive a mail with the information and a link to trace your order.

 

While you are placing an order, check all your data- from your delivery address to your phone number : mistakes may cause delays and extra costs.

 

If there is not your name on your ring bell, please tell us the name or number to contact you with. If not, problems at the delivery might arise.

Delivery Service

 

Products are sent every week, from Monday to Friday

 

Delivery costs may vary depending on how heavy your items are. The total amount to be paid will appear comprehensive of delivery costs during the check-out, after the products have been placed in the basket.

 

For EXTRA CEE clients the costs are shown tax free (-22% IVA) but then they will be charged with the import and custom costs agreed by their countries.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT

 

Form the day we receive your order, you have 14 days to ask for a return or replacement.

 

Products can only be returned if unopened, unused and still in their original packaging with the resistant seal unbroken.

 

In order to request a return, and for any other request about returns, just send us an email at info@sneakers76.com with your order number and the reason for the return, then our staff will contact you to give you information on the procedure to follow. 

The shipping costs of return are borne by the buyer, only in case of non-conforming product shipping costs are the responsibility of Sneakers76.com.
